Immigration Tower

I still remember how the faint air condition coming from the Immigration Tower in Wan Chai, giving the passing-bys a cool breeze in spring.  But in only 3 months’ time, the headquarters of the Immigration Department had already been relocated to Tseung Kwan O.  With the land sale in plan, I might not be able to sketch these tree cottons for very long.
